VIA Logistics Professionals greatly values the protection of data of its clients and candidates. Personal data are therefore handled with the utmost care. The data is only used for the purpose with which you sent it to us, and processing of personal data in our database always happens in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dated 25 May 2018.
1.Purposes
VIA Logistics Professionals will record your data within the framework of its services. Our services consist of activities aimed at:

- career development
If you approach one of our consultants yourself or are approached by them, apply for a vacancy or sign up on the website by sending the application form or if you send your personal details via email or social media such as LinkedIn, we will record the personal data provided by you in our database. We will process your data in order to manage our database and to contact you. This way we can keep you informed about new vacancies or invite you for activities that are related to recruitment or career development throughout your entire career.
2.Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your personal data with regards to the abovementioned purposes is your explicit consent. By agreeing with this privacy statement, you give VIA Logistics Professionals permission to document, process and manage your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before the withdrawal.

To be of service to you throughout your entire career we will keep your data until the moment you state that you no longer wish to make use of our services. By sending an email to info@vialogistics.nl you can indicate that you longer wish to make use of our services. We will then delete your data as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks after your request.
5.Viewing and correcting your data
You can always view your data, and have it corrected in our database. In case you wish to do this, you can send an email to info@vialogistics.nl. We will then respond as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks after your request.
6.Providing data to third parties
In the context of one or multiple application procedures VIA Logistics Professionals can provide your personal data to third parties, including our clients or other intermediaries. You will always be informed about this in advance. VIA Logistics Professionals will never provide your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7.The right to data portability
If you want to transfer your data to another organisation you can submit a request by sending an email to info@vialogistics.nl. We will then collect and transfer your data when presented with a valid proof of identity.
8.Objections, complaints and questions
If you have objections or questions about the way we handle your data you can send an email to info@vialogistics.nl. We will then respond as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks after your request. In case you want to file a complaint, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
