As a Customer Service Representative you will maintain direct communication with hospitals in Belgium, making a valuable contribution to creating an excellent customer experience. You have close contact with customers, identifying and fulfilling their needs and expectations. Providing relevant information and answering questions about products, availability and order details quickly and accurately are among your core responsibilities.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Tasks:
• You will be responsible for verifying items delivered upon invoicing, replenishing depleted inventory through new orders, and preparing invoices for customers;
• You will oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including managing shipping documentation and handling Letters of Credit;
• You work closely with various internal departments such as 3PL order processing and transportation teams, and other departments such as sales, supply chain, marketing and finance to ensure seamless operations;
• You ensure product availability and coordinate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for returns;
• You manage consignment inventory, which remains company property despite being in customer possession.

Function Requirements

• You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• You have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment;
• You have knowledge of processing consignment orders and organizing consignment counts;
• You have good language skills in Dutch and English and additional languages are a plus;
• A positive and proactive attitude, someone who actively thinks along and thus builds a relationship of trust;
• You are a real teamplayer and have good social and communication skills;
• You are results-oriented, proactive and analytically strong.

Terms of employment

• An exciting role within a dynamic and international working environment;
• A permanent position, starting with a 1 year contract;
• Standard office hours, during the induction period full-time on location in Sittard, later transition to a hybrid model with 2 days at home;
• A maximum salary indication of €38,500 gross per year;
• A bonus of 10% of annual salary to be earned on good performance results;
• 24 vacation days;
