For the Tilburg site, we are looking for a Supervisor (m/f) with a strong character. You will have the opportunity to help the organization develop further. What does a day in this department look like and what does DP World expect from you? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you contribute to improvement processes in your department so that your team benefits from them. Together with your team, you are responsible for the application of Value Added Services on a production line and the logistic flows in and out of two departments, where quality criteria are paramount.

Other tasks and responsibilities:
• Every day, you focus on the well-being of the team members, ensuring a pleasant workplace and building a functional team that achieves its goals;
• You think proactively and take responsibility for production and your team;
• You work closely with the Production Planner to optimize the production process;
• You coordinate the forecast planning, KPI’s, and SLA’s;
• You provide regular updates to the customer on the progress of the process and the corresponding results;
• Your work is customer-oriented, you understand customer expectations and ensure that any escalations are handled properly;
• You are responsible for ensuring that processes and procedures are documented and followed;
• You perform HR-related activities such as staff planning, absenteeism, and appraisals.
