As a Sales and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new customers to expand Logent's business in the Netherlands, with a specific focus on customized logistics solutions.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• You take full responsibility for the sales process, from targeting and initial customer meetings to creating proposals, negotiating, and closing deals;
• Collaborate actively with central functions such as Site Managers, the solution design team, and the management team throughout the sales process;
• Define and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Netherlands;
• Execute activities to secure growth in line with the NL Business Plan;
• Participate in the Logent NL Country Forum and report on sales status.
• You have a completed bachelor or master degree in a business or logistics education, higher sales, communication or similar;
• Medior or senior experience as a sales professional in the logistics industry;
• Result-oriented, solution-oriented, and adept at establishing new relationships;
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills;
• Excellent presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Experience in complex solution selling, including prospecting;
• Experience with logistics processes.
