In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our national and international pharmaceutical clients, with whom you will build and maintain strong and professional relationships. You will manage the order process, coordinate incoming shipments, and oversee the outbound order flow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for our clients
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows
• Resolve issues within the logistics process
• Coordinate urgent shipments
• Collect and maintain data for KPIs
• Register and follow up on deviations and complaints
• Minimum MBO 4 level of education and thinking
• Strong social and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (C1+); knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Ambition to improve internal processes
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
