The BCM department, based in Venlo, is looking for a passionate and dynamic (Global) Logistics Trainer to join their team. Reporting to the Manager of Training & Change Management, your primary goal will be to enhance the knowledge of the WMS within DSV Solutions and ensure operations are prepared for upcoming changes.
Your journey starts with a thorough introduction, diving into materials and training alongside colleagues. As you grow in confidence, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, and within a few months, you'll be ready to lead your first training session on your own!
We are looking for people who enjoy occasional travel, or "globetrotters" who have no problem working +/- 50% abroad. Depending on your own preference.
Your main activities are:
• Giving training on location. Think of various countries in Europe and America;
• Give online training;
• Organizing the training calendar and organization with local site;
• Discussing WMS set-up with engineering;
• Testing training programs;
• Continuous improvement of trainings and the training material;
• Administrating of tests and exam results in the central database.
• A Bachelors degree;
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus;
• Affinity with WMS;
• Excellent command of English language (writing and spoken), German or Spanish is an advantage;
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;
• Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate on operations as well as management level;
• Profound process understanding and able to build up the internal and external relationship;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and applications;
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
