The BCM department, located in Venlo, is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Manager of the Training Competence Center, you will play a key role in shaping the future of training programs within the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of existing training while developing new programs that meet the evolving needs of the business.
First you will develop yourself in training delivery and become familiar with DSV's systems.
you will be at the heart of designing and developing impactful training programs. You will take responsibility for ensuring training materials remain up-to-date and continuously improved, while overseeing the successful rollout and documentation of each program.
Next to this you are looking for new ways of designing and conducting trainings to make the transfer of knowledge as efficient as possible.
Your main activities are:
• Maintaining and developing trainings and related materials;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives;
• Administrating of tests and exam results in the central database;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree;
• You have previous work experience with WMS systems or any additional software applications;
• Experience in designing trainings or educational material is a plus;
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus;
• Excellent command of English language (writing and spoken), secondary language is a plus;
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;
• Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate with warehouse staff as well as management level;
• Profound process understanding and able to build relationships with stakeholders;
• You are analytically strong and able to translate abstract concepts into something easy to understand for your audience;
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
