Global Logistics Analyst

Wat ga je doen?

In this role, you will be the analytical and project-driven link within Global Transportation & Logistics. You will work closely with the Manager Transportation & Logistics and collaborate intensively on a global scale with Procurement, Demand Planning, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Finance. You will translate data into strategic improvements and concrete projects. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting international transport tenders for ocean freight, road transport, and parcel services
• Perform center-of-gravity analyses to determine optimal warehouse locations
• Developing and monitoring KPI dashboards
• Initiating and implementing logistics optimization projects
• Improving and harmonizing processes within the global logistics network
• Presenting insights and recommendations to international stakeholders

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, data analysis, and project management, with a direct impact on costs, service levels, and network structure.

• You are highly analytical, independent, and comfortable working in an international environment
• You think critically, ask the right questions, and are confident in initiating improvements
• You hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• You have strong Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI
• You have experience in data analysis and translating data into concrete actions
• You have excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is considered a plus
• You work in a structured, process-oriented, and results-driven way
