As an Accountmanager you are responsible to meet and deliver all operational and commercial aspects of the assigned accounts, aligned to the expectation of the customer. For the coordination and delivery of products and services you will be supported by an operational and customer focus team.
As the owner of the assigned accounts in the site, your focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact and ensure compliance to contract and customer specific requirements;
- You execute and implement projects;
- You develop and maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction;
- You identify areas for improvement to maximize service and revenue;
- You supervise the operational and office team;
- At last you coordinate with other departments and other sites to drive for excellence.
